Ploumanah is a small pretty seaside resort and fishing harbor that became famous for its sculpted granite rocks. You have to go along the 'sentiers des Douaniers', a path that goes around the major sculpted rocks up to the lighthouse. Some rocks have names because of their form (the turtle, captain Hook, the bottle, …)

• The Site of Ploumanach is one of the best natural park of Brittany with The wild coast in Morbihan. You will be able to admire those natural sculptures called the turtle, the skull, the bottle, the rabbit, the mushroom, etc… all kind of sculpted rocks and shapes that will amuse you… Great place for kids…

• St Guirec Beach : in the 6^th century, Saint Guirec came in a granite boat and land on this beach. A statue of him was erected on a rock that you can only reach by low tide. The tradition is that the young girls who wish to marry have to stick a hairpin in the nose of St Guirec. The original statue was in wood and was then replaced by a granite statue. Even today, the statue has a real damaged nose that means that there are a lot of young girl looking for someone to marry …
